​Welcome to the Lakes Region Elite Basketball Girls Summer League

The LRE offers a competitive league for girls in grades 7-9 (24-25 school year), during the summer months.  .  This league brings the top talent from all over the Lakes Region.  If you want to be the best, and compete against the best, then LRE is for you!
The league will offer a competitive 8-game regular season, followed by a playoff and championship weekend series.   Teams will have 5 practices prior to the start of the regular season.  Each team will play twice each week.

TRYOUTS

All players must tryout for the LRE Summer League. During tryouts, players will be evaluated by LRE coaches. Due to the limited number of roster spots, not all participants will make the league, and players who played last year are not guaranteed a spot this year. 
All players who wish to try out can do so.  There is no cost to tryout for the league.  All players attending tryouts must be pre-registered.  If your child makes the league, your league fees will be due on the night of your first practice.

Tryout date: : Sunday, June 9th, 7:30pm

It is Free to attend the tryouts.  If your child makes the league, you will be contacted by one of our coaches.  League fees will be due at the first team practice.

Cost for the League: $245.00/per player

​To Be Eligible, Players Must....
  • be enrolled in grades 7-9 (24-25 school year) 
  •  Have knowledge of basic rules of the game
  •  Be able to shoot at 10ft hoops
  •  Must attend at least one of the scheduled tryout dates (THIS INCLUDES ALL PLAYERS WHO PLAYED LAST SEASON.  WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ROSTER SPOTS FOR RETURNING PLAYERS)-

League Location

The LRE Summer League is hosted by the Gilford Youth Center, in Gilford, NH.  The GYC has a full-size gymnasium, six professional hoops, and electronic scoreboard.  All practices and games will be scheduled at this sight.
